Economy flights from major airports in London only; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guest must a passport or any form of valid ID suitable for air travel to Northern Ireland; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on four adults sharing one pod; 4x adult sleeping bags will be sent to winner ahead of trip to use at accommodation; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken over 21st December 2023– 2nd January 2024 (Christmas and New Year), or over UK public holidays; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel; The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; for the car hire, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car; and costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver.
