Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 17 March 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 3.00pm on Friday 28 April 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 4 May 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £90,000 and a car.

(i) £90,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £90,000 (ninety thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A car

This element of the prize consists of a hybrid and automatic Mercedes GLA AMG-Line car in Mountain Grey Metallic, including 12-month road fund licence, fuel and registration fee (the “Car”).

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the Car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and a current driver’s licence, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
