Better to get Power of Attorney in England or Northern Ireland?

I moved to Northern Ireland from England 16 months ago, one of my daughters lives here. I also have two adult children still living in England.
I want to set up power of attorneys for both health and finances and would like all three of my children to have a say in what happens if it becomes necessary to enforce the documents.
I have looked into doing both online on the gov.uk website but when I contacted ni.gov to see if they need to be registered here too, have been told that they might not be enforceable here. There is only one power of attorney available here, not two and I understand it might be difficult to include my children still in England as attorneys.
Should I do one here, or two online registered in England? Can I do both or would they negate each other?

I’m in my mid-sixties and both my mother and grandmother had dementia, so I want to ensure my children can do what needs to be done both for my health and financially should the need arise. I know how difficult it can be when there are no legal provisions and I do not want that for them. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
