Looking to use the boost pot option on my ZOPA account , just wondering do the boost funds return to the " standard " Zopa savings account once the term have finished ?

Once you have given notice, the account returns to the standard easy access account on maturity, yes.

The pot still stays separate if that's what you mean, the balance doesn't transfer back to the default pot.

To clarify - the money remains in the separate pot (and doesn’t return to the primary pot), but the interest in that pot falls to the same level as the primary pot.

thanks for clearing that up  , if I needed to  withdraw the funds are all the pots linked or do they need to be transferred to the primary pot ?

You can make a withdrawal from any pot, you don't have to move funds to primary first.
