Hi,
Can I have a stocks and shares ISA with one provider in which I invest £10,000 and another cash ISA with a different provider in which I stick the other £10,000 of the year's allowance? So both opened in the same year, with different providers but the total only adding up to the year's allowance?

Yes.
You can open different types of ISA with different providers in the same tax year.I am an Independent Financial Adviser. Any comments I make here are intended for information / discussion only.
