My cousin who came to the UK recently received a PCN from the council for the following contravention

52M Failing to comply with a sign indicating a prohibition on certain types of vehicles (motor vehicles)

Also they have sent a link for a CCTV video in which his car is turining from a main road into a side road in the right side.

We went back to see whether there are any restricitons as such, but nothing.

Also in the PCN it says, "The alleged contravention was noted by Civil Enforcement Officer number ENXXX  on dd/mm/yyy" (so called date)

All I noticed in this video is, when he is turning righ into the side road, he is slightly crossing the double lines (the "OUT" area of the side road). He has to do so becaue there are vehicles parked in the left side of the by road. Could this be the offence to issue a PCN?

Read the sticky 'Read this before you post' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.
