Hi
Can anyone advise if my mother is entitled to any of my late stepfather's state pension? He was born before 1951 and died before 2016. Full contribution on both sides.

When is / was  your mother's state retirement date.  If she is a pre 2016 retiree then it is likely she could be entitled to some of his additional pension.  Her annual statement should show exactly how her pension is made up.
