Just had three piece suite professionally cleaned

My three piece suite appear to be worse since having it professionally cleaned. There are marks all over like dirt. The person I got had a glorified review on trust a trade. I know it has been not been cleaned for years but I did expect the black stains to be removed. By black stains I meant likes dust been accumulating in the fabric. Probably for not using the upholstery tools when hoovering. He said he was coming to have a look but have not heard anything. Advice pl.Thanks

Ay pics before and after?
The "reviews glorified" was that for cleaning sofas like yours? I ask because a lot of the time people/companies may have great reviews but its may not be exactly related to what you want doing and depends on who does it.
