Letter from DCB Legal - SAR Requested - what's next?

Hello,
I am in dire need of some help if anyone could be so kind as to advise me!
I have received the attached letter for a parking fine from 2021 from DCB Legal for a parking fine bought about by UK Parking Control where I apparently parked in a space without display and valid permit (from memory I paid the parking charge but may have been a staff space). For reference the car park is 1 to 21, the Martletts, Crawley, West Sussex.
I have ignored letters from debt collectors upon the believe and bad advice that they will eventually drop away but now having read this letter I believe there is more to do to finally get this dropped. Unfortunately I didn't appeal it at the time, which was my mistake.
I have read the Newbies thread a few times and some other cases from these people. I have submitted a request for a SAR from UKPC and requested my case is put on hold from DCB Legal upon the advice of the experts on these forums but I am wondering if there is anything I need to do now and what the next steps are?
Sorry to add another point on this forum but I just wanted to check that i'm not missing anything.

Yours is just one little page in a massive book of current threads. Go back to page one (ONE CLICK - see my signature) and read a dozen that you see with UKPC in the title.
That will be you this Spring and UKPC will discontinue later, if you follow our templates.
