ANT & DEC’S SATURDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY (SERIES 19) PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Saturday 25 February 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 20 March 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 23 March 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £75,000, a holiday to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida including tickets to attend the final show of the Programme.

(i) £75,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £75,000 (seventy-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A holiday to Orlando

This element of the prize consists of the following:

· Return World Traveller (economy) class tickets for the winner and up to seven (7) companion(s) on a chartered British Airways flight from Heathrow Airport, UK (“LHR”) to Orlando International Airport, Florida USA (“Orlando Airport”):

o Outbound flight: 3 April 2023 at 12.00pm (local time); and

o Inbound flight: 9 April 2023 at 5.35pm (local time) (arriving at LHR on 10 April 2023)

· An allowance of 23kg hold luggage per person and 2 pieces of hand luggage including 1 (one) hand bag up to 40 x 30 x 15cm (16 x 12 x 6in) and 1 (one) cabin bag up to 56 x 45 x 25cm (22 x 18 x 10in) which may need to go in the hold. The prize provider’s standard baggage terms and conditions apply.

(together, the “Flights”);

· A six-night, seven-day holiday to Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida for the winner and up to seven (7) companions from 3 April to 9 April 2023 including the following (the “Universal Holiday”):

o Accommodation for six (6) nights based on eight (8) people sharing two (2) bedrooms at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn and Suites or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel as determined by the prize provider of the Universal Holiday in its sole discretion (“Resort”);

• This includes Early Park Admission* to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay. Please note that Early Park Admission must be used with Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer tickets. Early Park Admission begins up to one (1) hour prior to regular scheduled park opening to either Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure as determined by Universal Orlando. Early Park Admission begins up to one (1) hour prior to regular scheduled park opening for Universal’s Volcano Bay. Valid at select attractions at each park. Attractions are subject to substitutions without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

o Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from the Orlando Airport and the Resort;

o Universal Orlando 3-Park Explorer tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay;

o Tickets to be in the studio audience for the recording of the final episode of the Programme (the “Finale”) on 8 April 2023 as well as an invitation to attend an exclusive winner’s event at Volcano Bay during the week preceding the recording of the Finale; and

o Universal Orlando Resort gift cards of US$4,000 (four thousand US Dollars) in total to spend solely within the Resort on entertainment, shopping and dining.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Resort for security deposit purposes.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to

travel between 3 April 2023 and 9 April 2023 to coincide with the recording of the Finale taking place at the Resort or the prize will be forfeited. The winner must provide any relevant information in order to book the prize, including passport details and ESTA authorisation numbers, as soon as possible after winner confirmation, and no later than 31 March 2023.

Please note that travel dates, arrangements and reservations are subject to air travel, Universal’s approval and other travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability.

In respect of the Flights, please note that:

o the seat selection is pre-allocated for the winner and their companion(s). The prize provider of the Flights will make every effort to ensure all members of a party are seated together, subject to availability and any operational constraints.

o travel is permitted the specially scheduled Flight only.

o neither Executive Club tier points or Avios points will be earned on the Flights.

o the Flights are not eligible for upgrade.

o access to the B Lounge at LHR (“the Lounge”) on 3 April 2023 is subject to availability on the day. Please note that should access to the Lounge be unavailable, no substitute will be provided. Additionally, access to other lounges for either the outbound or return leg of the journey (or substituted journey if applicable) are not available.

o British Airways times may be subject to change without notice.

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the prize with fewer than the allotted number of companion(s) or no companion, the prize will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

If the winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), you must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into Resort hotel. Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under eighteen (18) years old, the companion must be the child or legal ward of the winner or one of the winner’s companions who is over the age of 18.

It is the responsibility of the winner to:

o ensure that they and their companion(s) hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the United States of America including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) authorisation under the Visa Waiver Program and any other documentations. Please note that travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip and that passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip;

o organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party;

o ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs;

o ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider of the Flights and the Universal Holiday;

o inform the prize provider of the Flights and Universal Holiday of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines; and

o have the appropriate vaccinations/inoculations (including COVID-19 tests), and certificate of those vaccinations, required for admission into the United States of America (at the winner’s and their companion(s)’ own expense).

The Promoter advises the winner and their companion(s) to read, familiarise themselves and comply with the entry requirements set out at the following websites to ensure the winner and their companion(s) are able to travel to the USA: (i) https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/usa/entry-requirements; (ii) https://uk.usembassy.gov/visiting-united-states/; and (iii) https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html.

Please note that if the winner and/or any of their companion(s) have travelled to or have been in Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen on or after 1 March 2011, such individuals are normally not eligible for a visa waiver under an ESTA and will need to apply for a visa. If the winner and/or any of their companion(s) have travelled to or have been in Cuba, the winner and/or any of their companion(s) may not be eligible for an ESTA visa waiver and may need to apply for a US visa. Particular attention should be given to the US State Department website to determine which visa the winner and/or any of their companion(s) will need.

In respect of the Universal Holiday element of the prize, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Please note that only those aged 8 (eight) years or older will be admitted into the studio audience for the full duration of the recording of the Finale at the Resort. Anyone aged under 8 (eight) years old will be given access to a separate viewing area provided they are accompanied by someone aged 18 (eighteen) years old over who is part of the same child’s travelling group (consisting of the winner and the other companion(s)).

The total sum of the gift card prize may be split across multiple gift cards. The value of any monetary balance of the gift card may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The gift card cannot be used to purchase vacation packages or additional gift cards and cannot be

redeemed online. Use of the gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Universal Orlando Resort, which can be viewed at https://www.universalorlando.com/web/en/us/gift-cards/index.html (see Gift Card FAQs).

In connection with any visit to the Resort, Universal’s policies, US Centre for Disease Control

guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, the winner and their companion(s) should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination.

All activities are undertaken at the winner’s and their companion(s)’ own risk. Universal standard venue terms and conditions apply and Universal may require the winner’s and their companion(s) to sign a release.

The winner agrees, that Universal shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, by performers or events that are included in the prize, if any, or by any air carriers or other transportation companies, hotels or other persons providing any travel or event related services or accommodations to passengers, including any changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same to the extent the same are beyond Universal’s reasonable control. Nor shall Universal be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay due to the act, error or negligence of any person not in their employ.

The winner acknowledges and agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against Universal arising out of or connected with the use of the prize elements being supplied by Universal for use in the United States shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall solely and exclusively brought in federal or state courts within the County of Orange, State of Florida, USA; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to costs which are directly related to taking up the Prize and which are reasonably foreseeable at the time of taking up the prize, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

In respect of the Flights element of the prize, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

The prize provider of the Flights may in its absolute discretion refuse to carry any passenger (including the winner and/or any of their companion(s)) if the winner or their companion(s) are not in possession of a valid ticket or necessary passport, visa or health certificate or other similar document for the Flight prior to its commencement.

The prize provider of the Flights may refuse to carry any passenger (including you and/or any of your Guest(s)), baggage, cargo or mail, if the prize provider of the Flights considers, in its absolute discretion, that such passenger, baggage, cargo or mail, represents a threat to the operational safety of the aircraft or its crew.

All incidental expenses are the winner’s and their companion(s)’ responsibility. If the winner and/or any of their companion(s) miss the Flight, or fail to take the outbound leg, the Flights element of the prize will be void and cancelled.

The Flight tickets cannot be sold, bartered or substituted. Once confirmed, name changes are not permitted.

Please note that any misuse of the Flights tickets will entitle the prize provider of the Flights to withdraw the prize and/or Flights tickets.

Each passenger (including the winner and their companion(s)) agrees to release the prize provider of the Flights from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the Flights tickets (except death or personal injury caused by the prize provider of the Flights’ negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the prize provider of the Flights and Universal.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from LHR and any other unspecified ground transportation, cost and/or arrangement of any visas, visa waivers (including United States ESTA) and vaccinations, surcharges, taxes, and fees other than airport taxes, insurance (including but not limited to medical insurance and travel insurance), meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses (other than those specified above), car hire, phone calls, baggage (other than specified above), gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline.

The winner and their companion(s) acknowledge that in the event that the Finale or any other element of the prize does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.
