Rainwater falling into my garden from another property causing issues

Hi
I have an issue where all the dirt from the roof of several storage garages when it rains. There are multiple owner.
There is no guttering on those properties. Whose responsibility is it to install the guttering? Mine or there's and is there any legal stuff I can refer too?
Thank you in advance

Cant see what dirt can run off the roofs
What are they built out of, brick, steel, asbestos, wood ?
2 choices really go ahead and fit gutters and not cause any damage or contact each garage owner and ask permission. The problem I would have with giving you permission is that the maintenance of the gutter would be my responsibility (as owner), so added future cost.
And it wouldn't stop the dirt coming off. That's usually solid lumps of moss and soil. Guttering would need to be cleaned regularly by the op to ensure it was clear and not causing damp.
If something could be attached I'd go for a board that sent the water and debris down the roof to the road. They probably wouldn't notice the water etc or the board. If it was flush with the top of the ridges maybe not at all.
But it does beg, would you be making people angry?
They probably don't know there's a problem.
The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well
ok I would ask the garage owners to reverse the roof to slope away from my garden onto the road .
