Confusion with reply from SAR follow up Letter?

Can anyone advise please?
Recieved my SAR report from Three, found something in there that i did not think was right so sent second letter using the following template:
Stated exactly what i thought was wrong and even used my SAR report reference number they originally sent me on the heading of my second letter, and now i have recieved a reply stating:
They can't discuss the account for security reasons, as my letter did not have one or more information needed to verify the account - although i used the same template as my original SAR and also the reference number that they gave me?
So they are now asking for more information and to state what my request / complaint is... AGAIN?!
Just want to know if you think this is right or are they just drawing it out to make things difficult for me?
