UKPC / DCB Legal - Second Claim form received.

Yesterday I received a second copy of the very same claim for which I have already provided an AOS (my previous post is here) and almost ready to submit a defence for.

The form itself is identical in every way including the Issue Date.

Is this normal behaviour from DCB?

Did this claim form come from the CCBC? If so, does it have the identical claim number?

If this second Claim Form is truly about the same parking incident, why do we have a second thread?
Things are much easier to follow if all discussion about the one event is in a single thread.

    Ah, my apologies then.

I wasn't sure if I should muddy the water in that post as I'm almost at the point of submitting my defence.

I'll post any follow up responses etc in my original thread.
