Another state pension/NI top-up query (sorry!)

Hi all, OH has *finally* managed to log in to the government gateway and check his state pension forecast (details below), hoping you lovely people will be able to help.
Have not managed to get through on the phone yet. The main question is whether topping up 2006/07 will add anything, we know there is still time to top up later years but obviously that one would cost less IF it's actually worth buying.
Estimate based on NI record up to 5 April 2022: £144.76 / week
Forecast if you contribute another 8 years before 5 April 2033: £185.15 / week
You have:
· 26 years of full contributions
· 11 years to contribute before 5 April 2033
· 14 years when you did not contribute enough

It's not impossible, but highly unlikely, unfortunately. And the price of topping-up is only going to go up, so may as well get at least the cheapest year before it's too late.
