Ukpc mediation

Sorry if it's been covered but can't find specifics. I used the mse defence template. And have got a mediation call coming next week. The claim relates to staying too long in a store. Any advice? Thanks

Yes you ignored the advice about saying no to mediation on the DQ form
Just dont bother with the call.
The case will then be allocated to your local court

Cancel the Mediation call (you were not meant to agree to that bullying rubbish pressing you to "make an offer"!) and re-read the clear advice given in the NEWBIES thread second post, under the red capitals heading IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN.

The advice about what happens and what to do, under the red capitals heading I told you to go find.  If you are using a phone, we recommend you don't, when reading this forum.

Here is a link to the forum home page. from there you should have no problem finding the Newbies/FAQ thread.

Good grammar adds tone and nuance to the "written" word which is normally perceived in the "spoken" word. Without good grammar, you can be perceived to be an idiot or a fool without ever uttering a sound.

You can't find the NEWBIES thread, even though my signature tells everyone where to click to hop straight to page one, in less than a second?

Or you reached the NEWBIES thread but can't find the red heading?

Even though visually it's the only red heading in capitals in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread, and I told you it starts with the word 'IMPORTANT' and contains the word 'HAPPENS'... which on any laptop or PC will take you straight there, when you pop one or both words in as 'search/find' keywords (on Windows, you can use Ctrl + F to open the Find tool. On Mac, press Command + F to open the macOS version of the tool).

I followed home>motoring>parking tickets fines & parking. The only thing there is **newbies!! Private parking ticket? Old or New? ** Read these FAQ's first.
The red IMPORTANT what HAPPENS isn't to be found there. Maybe it's just my computer or I'm doing something different.
