Interest on zero balance

Looking for advice. I recently paid off credit card and requested account closure several times with no reply. I have now been charged £17 interest on a zero balance.

It wasn't on a zero balance, but trailing interest on the balance.
Interest can't be charged on a zero balance as it's a percentage.0 -
It's the interest on the statement balance from the statement date until the date when you paid it in full. This interest is waived only if you pay the balance in full and on time this month and the previous month.ktcairney said:Looking for advice.
