Briefly, mum vunerable 80 year old lives alone in a park home.

Electricity comes to 1 metre, then split to individual metres for the 20+ homes.

No one has been paid the electricity help because they don't have an individual supplier.

Who can I contact for her?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

She will not get the normal energy grant as she does not have a domestic electricity account.

There will be an alternative, but start of applications has been postponed now to end of February.

The term you need for searching for updates is EBSS Alternative Fund (or Funding).

[The portal is supposed to open on the 26th or 27th Feb but who knows if it'll actually happen when they say, this time?!]
