RBS don’t seem to enforce any type of location restrictions, despite RBS now being fully Scottish and NatWest being English.

I thought they did.

There are banks in UK which do require you live in area or county.

Unfortunately Ulster Bank don't same to offer the same savings accounts as RBS & Nat West
