Why does this offer not appear with the other current account switching deals under Best Bank Accounts in the weekly email? Seems a no-brainer to me but perhaps I'm missing something? I know there is a £10 monthly fee for the accounts available but I believe you can downgrade the account to a Classic non fee paying one as soon as you receive the cash, or even switch it elsewhere.

PS: Lloyds Bank currently has a £200 switch offer, though we've not added it here as it's only available on accounts with costly monthly fees.
It'll be to avoid complaints from people who don't read the T&Cs and don't realise they are applying for an account that will cost them money.
