Looking for euro and/or swiss ac clip for lenovo 100s ideapad 21 January at 10:23AM in Techie Stuff 6 replies 122 views

Hi. We have just returned from a holiday in Prague where I used my lenovo 100s ideapad. I plugged the mains unit into an adapter that allowed UK items to be plugged into euro mains sockets.

However, the mains unit has what I believe is called an AC clip that plugs into a UK square pin mains socket. This AC clip slides off. I wondered if it is possible to buy AC clips for different mains systems eg a euro or swiss AC clip. It would just seem to be a neater way of doing things, although it wouldn't make a great deal of difference. My Google searches have been unsuccessful. Any advice greatly received.

Still got the original box for the laptop? Or your TV? Or your broadband router? In there alongside the warranty slip and the polystyrene blocks you might find the other plug clips that originally came with the power supply.

Long gone. But I remember noting at the time that there was only a UK one.
