LJLA Advice

Hi All,

seeking your advice received a RTA for stopping at the infamous LJLA.

I have read a few different posts, mainly that VCS do not take to court however I have seen some recent forum posts that they have.

What is the best course of action with appealing, is it just give a generic appeal or wait for the courts? Is it any benefit showing one has appealed using their processes in court?

Also if the situation does get to court what is the best course of action? Is there any advice how to deal with this when it gets to court.

Thanks for your help.

Initial appeal using the template in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, which will be rejected.

Then wait to see if the issue a court claim.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Always dispute it once because a Judge won't like a 'complete ignorer'.

Please look at the 'Announcements' positioned at the top of the forum thread list, one click back from this page. Everything you might need is there.
