Hello, 

Bad weather yesterday...stain on living room ceiling. Checked the flashing and the mortar is soaked and missing in places. 

I need to replace the mortar with some kind of sealant like leadmate. What's the minimum temperature this can be used?

I'm pretty sure any temperature in UK is fine, it'll just take longer to set if it's very cold.
