• Competition closes at 12:00 (midday) on 14.03.2023 and 3 working days later for postal entries
  1. The prize comprises a seven (7) night stay in a Strafford Motorhome for up to four (4) people including;
     1. Seven (7) nights in a 4 berth Strafford motorhome 
     2. £500 fuel allowance
     3. £250 pitch fees allowance
     4. Bottle of Moët champagne 
     5. Full gas bottle worth £55
     6. £1000 spending money 
  2. The driver of the vehicle must be in possession of a valid identity card / passport and driving licence. The driver must be over 25 and under 75 years old and must have held a UK drivers licence for a minimum of 2 years.
  3. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over to drive the Motorhome. 
  4. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card for security deposit purposes of £1300 which will be held on the credit card.
  5. Please be aware that the motorhomes are strictly non smoking, the toilet cassette is required to be empty on return and the will be winner required to complete a sign-in form on collection and sign-out form on return. 
  6. Collection of the motorhome is from Henfield, West Sussex. The motorhome must be dropped off at the end of the holiday at the same place.
  7. The prize must be taken before 15th December 2023 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 1st June to 31st July 2023.  The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. 
  8. Booking is subject to availability. 
  9. A BACS bank transfer for the £1000 spending money, fuel allowance and pitch fees included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
  10. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
  11. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the motorhome or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
  12. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 
  13. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all winners affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.
  14. Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.  
  15. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. 
  16. An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £50 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 4 guests / £200.  Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
