looking in my account they haven't added it yet, they have temporarily frozen my direct debit since the start of the discount, i know its only been one working day because of the bank holiday, but i thought i would ask here before i get in touch with EonNext.

Mine were  credited on 6 Oct, 01 Nov, 02 Dec and yet to happen for January.

I'd not worry unduly. If you have had one credited you'll get the others.  Leave calling E.On for at least a week after the first banking day of this year? i.e. NEXT Tuesday or Wednesday if in Scotland.

Seems to vary when they add it to your account.
Mine was credited 5/10/22, 2/11/2022, 1/12/2022.
Nothing yet for January.

Thanks i have always had it added to my account on the same dates.

I will wait i knew some people were having some problems with eonnext last year 😬

The January payment was credited to my EonNext balance this morning (6 Jan).

Mine was credited yesterday (5th) but my DD payment of 3rd hasn't yet been credited but I've no doubt will be in the next day or two.

It’s a small grumble but they do seem slow crediting DD payments. Mine is paid on 15th but it often doesn’t appear until 19th or even 20th.

Same dates for me and now 5th January.  The first two credit payments were £66 and the last two were £67.

I wonder if something has messed up they took payment of £1.50 from my credit but the bill is different.

Credited this morning. DD credits have appeared about 4 days after being taken from bank account, consistently.

DD was taken yesterday but -

"You have a pending payment

A payment of £68.00 on Jan 5th hasn't yet been applied."

Shows in statements and payments.

I don't expect it to credit the account until Monday though (weekend).
