No help !
Hi, we live on a houseboat moored in a marina, but cannot get the government energy bill help, as we purchase our (expensive) electricity via the marina.We have asked our marina manager who says boat owners are not eligible, but as livesboards surely we are? I don’t know who to go to to help !

The marina is not allowed to make a profit on the electricity supplied but can pass on some administration costs.
However won't hurt to pass this onto the marina administrators
