Has anyone had any success in closing a Principality online savings account and taking out more than £10k?  Their website is sending me round in circles.

I've just phoned them and they're having to get someone from their Digital team to look at it.

UPDATE: After exchanging messages with their Digital team I've been able to close the account.

The daily limit has been 10k for as long as I can remember.
