whats the name of white screw we need to turn under combi boiler to pressurise.
my boiler does not have it now but works fine.but would like it fitted

Make and model? It'll be called something like a 'top-up key', I guess.

Filling loop or filling valve. It would be quite rare to find a boiler that doesn't already have one. Post a photo of the pipes under the boiler.

As its a Worcester it will have either the white filling key with a whit nut next to it, or optionally it may have the keyless filling loop installed which will be a green lever which you just pull down. If neither of these then you'll have the good old fashioned filling loop, eg, braided hose with taps on either end.
