30/09/22 Receive letter from Debt recovery about the ticket, send it off to supermarket customer services
16/10/22 Supermarket replies: The letter is dated 24th September the charge was cancelled on the 26th September. You can ignore the letter.
10/11/22 Receive 2nd letter from Debt recovery about the ticket, send it off to supermarket customer services
17/11/22 Supermarket replies: I have emailed Euro cars to look into the letter you received.
20/11/22 Supermarket confirms cancellation again: Euro cars have confirmed that the parking charge has been cancelled.
10/12/22 Now have received 3rd letter from Debt recovery plus (see link above). Have sent onto supermarket customer services. Awaiting reply

Should I take any further action for now, or wait until supermarket customer services reply?

You just need to send DR Plus the supermarket email chain and tell them to get lost.

You can use info@drpl.co.uk and you MUST cite the long DRPlus ref, not the PCN number which means nothing to DRPlus.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    AND THEY SAID

Ask them that if they really believe in customer service, why do the employ parking scammers like Euro who will scare customers away.

And DRP, sewer living critters who you can easily tell to F..  OFF
I suspect there is a clown in Euro who forgot to tell DRP

Morrisons are probably the best supermarket for cancelling PCNs. Pity their agent isn't as efficient. Makes you wonder why Ms are in bed with ECP.
