Can someone please clarify a question regarding the reduction of the Div allowance effective from 6th Apr 23.  If a fund declares a div on 1st Apr 23 (ie ex div date) but actual div payment is not made until June 23, would the applicable div allowance be 2K or 1K.

It relates to dividend income so the applicable figure is determined according to when you actually receive the income.
