Still chasing after prove it letter

Hi all
I sent a prove it letter to the debit collector. They have come back to say that they are sure about the account is with Sky and relates to payment being stopped (wrong). Anyway, they said for more details I need to log into Sky and get the details. 

Will this not constitute harassment as per my prove it letter?

What can I do about this?

Them saying "Oh yes, we're sure" isn't proof in any way, shape or form, and them telling you what they claim it's all about is not what the Prove It letter requests either! Have they actually sent you any proof?

No, nothing, just that I should log in to Sky to get details. They have quoted an amount but nothing more.

The DCA is just collecting on behalf of sky, they want a quick payday, and won`t be interested in the niceties of providing evidence, you don`t need to communicate with the DCA again if you don`t want too, the'll just pass it back to sky, who will rinse and re-peat with another collector.
