ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Monday 28 November 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Monday 19 December 2022.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of a two-night wellness break for the winner and up to one (1) companion at Glass House Retreat (Essex, RM14 3BP). The prize includes the following:

· Two-night accommodation in a Superior Double Room at the Glass House Retreat for the winner and one (1) companion;

· One (1) Cryo Chamber session (“Cryo treatment”);

· A spa voucher worth £60 (sixty pounds) to redeem against any available treatment available at https://www.glasshouseretreat.co.uk/the-spa/treatment-menu;

· A mobile phone safe for a complete digital detox (at the winner’s choice);

· Full use of the prize provider’s facilities including a swimming pool, Himalayan salt block sauna & steam room, exterior sauna, exterior natural swimming pond and exercise studio;

· Full use of gym facilities;

· All meals from the dinner on the winner’s day of arrival, through to breakfast on the winner’s day of departure. The winner and their companion will have the choice between the following three (3) interchangeable dietary plans: Equilibrium Diet, Weight Loss Diet or Pure Juicing Diet (available at https://www.glasshouseretreat.co.uk/the-food);

· Motivational talks and/or evening activities;

· A variety of organic herbal teas;

· A complimentary Glass House Retreat logo bag;

· Four (4) daily exercises classes; and

· Mental wellbeing sessions in ''The Dome''.

The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Glass House Retreat for security deposit purposes.

Please note that the winner’s companion must be 18 years old or over. The winner and their companion will be required to undergo a health assessment and sign paperwork before undertaking the Cryo treatment. In the event that the winner and/or their companion cannot take-up the Cryo treatment due to a medical condition, the prize provider may offer an alternative treatment to the winner and/or their companion at their sole discretion.

The winner must book and take-up the prize within twelve (12) months from winner contact. There are no blackout dates however the prize is subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any dietary requirements and wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes transport to and from the Glass House Retreat, meals and drinks and treatments (other than those specified above), excursions, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

The prize cannot be transferred and/or exchanged for cash equivalent and no alternative prize will be provided. In the event that the winner cannot take-up the prize on the booked dates due to the winner and/or their companion testing positive to Covid-19, the prize provider may, in its sole discretion, decide to extend and/or re-arrange the dates provided that the winner and/or their companion present a valid NHS reference generated after registering a lateral flow test on the NHS app.
