I have been trying for 3 years to switch my prepay meters to credit meters and I am being told by eon next that they are not offering that service and I am on a waiting list.
Apparently ,  I am being told now that there is a shortage of meters and that is why I cannot be changed over ?
I have never had credit meters in my previous property but inherited them when I moved to my new address 5 years ago.............I have been trying ever since without luck

Has anyone else had this issue and how did they resolve it ?
