Collect plus lost return. I have receipt

Hello all,
I've researched the web and seen many lost returns via collect plus yodel but where the customer has also lost their tracking receipt.
I have my tracking receipt  and number but it consistently says that my return parcel is still at my drop off point waiting to be collected by the driver. I’ve been back to the drop off point but it’s not there. It’s been a couple of weeks now. It’s somehow lost in the system between the drop off point and driver. I don’t have insurance. The value of the item was £105. Is there anything I can do? Thank you for the help.
