Plan A is always for the keeper to complain to the landowner and their MP.

Plan B is to appeal to the PPC using the template in blue text that you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES which is essential reading and will answer many if not most of your questions before you need to ask them.

Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.
What is the name of the PPC please?
Have you checked to see if the NTK is or is not PoFA compliant and therefore whether the keeper can or cannot be held liable.

Forget the missing digit for the time being.

It is not a good idea to post personal information on this forum as it is monitored by parking companies.

Acronyms and abbreviations common to the parking forum can be found in the fifth post of the NEWBIES Announcement.

You dont need that kind of technicality
That looks like smart parking so easy to beat

    The appeal below beats smart

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for keeper details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA.

As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA.

Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

@Grizebeck - are you sure referencing GroupNexus in a Smart Parking appeal is correct?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
