1. HOW TO ENTER
   1. 7. The competition runs between 12PM GMT 11/11/2022 and 11:59PM GMT 16/11/2022
   2. 8. Entries received at any time before or after the prescribed opening time and date or closing time and date will not be considered as a valid entry into the prize draw.
   3. 9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
   4. 10. No purchase is necessary.
   5. 11. To enter, follow @whitestuffuk, tell us your favourite memory from this summer in the comments below and tag a friend.
   6. 12. White Stuff accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful entries due to a technical error, fault or malfunction, including computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure or communication failure, of any kind.
   7. 13. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details provided.
2. THE PRIZE
   1. 18. 18. The prize consists of £300 in White Stuff vouchers each – one for the Entrant and one for a friend nominated by the Entrant.
   2. 19. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no alternative is offered.
   3. 20. If, due to circumstances beyond White Stuff’s reasonable control, the prize offered is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   1. 23. The winner will be drawn by random computer selection no later than one business day from the close of entry date set out above.
   2. 24. We will notify the winner no later than three business days from selection from @whitestuffuk Instagram account using the contact details provided by the Entrant.
   3. 25. The winner(s) will be required to respond within 5 days of such notification, confirming their acceptance of the prize and confirming their name and address and their selected friend’s name and address where the prizes should be sent.
   4. 26. If the winner declines the prize or does not respond to us after two attempts within three business days of the decision date, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   5. 27. If the winner accepts the prize but the friend does not respond after two attempts the friend’s prize will be forfeited.
   6. 28. The prize will be sent to the winners by post within 7 working days of the date they confirm their acceptance of the prize. The winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to White Stuff Marketing Team, White Stuff, Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, London, SW9 6DE within 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw or competition.
4. PERSONAL DATA
   1. 29. By entering the competition, you understand that your personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, as set out in White Stuff’s privacy policy https://www.whitestuff.com/privacy-policy/
   2. 30. Your personal data will not be used by us for any other purpose unless you have provided your consent to us using your data for direct marketing, as further set out in White Stuff’s privacy policy.
5. GENERAL
   1. 29. We reserve the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend, vary, cancel, or suspend the prize draw at any time and without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
   2. 30. Any changes to the prize draw Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
   3. 31. White Stuff’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
   4. 32. White Stuff, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature, however arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
   5. 33. The winner, in consideration of being awarded the Prize, may be required by White Stuff to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and as such, by entering the Prize Draw you are confirming that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (where requested) and a statement or statements made by you in respect of the Prize. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to provide White Stuff with the right and licence to use the information you provide in this respect on the White Stuff website and White Stuff social media channels.
   6. 34. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.
   7. 35. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, affiliated and/or administered by Instagram.
