British Gas Referral

Not sure if this is posted in the right category, I purchased a British Gas Boiler cover back in Jan 2022, I also referred one other person and at the time they were giving £100 from amazon to both myself and the person I referred. I still haven't received the voucher and British Gas has stopped answering or providing an update on when I would receive it, the person I referred has received it.
I was wondering if I could put in a small claim against them for not honouring the referral, as my policy will be running out in the next 2 months. Is there anything I can do? I don't have any other policies with British Gas only the boiler cover.
