When to invest in Cash Savings Account

With the increase in BOE base rate today and I am currently in a position to put some money in savings, will new savings rates likely come out and if so typically how long will it take for any new products to reflect the rate?

Yes, new savings rates are likely to come out for some accounts; typically this could take at least 10 days to 2 weeks for both new and existing products, although some savings providers adjust their rates within a few days and a few can take four weeks or so to raise theirs.
