Hi, I took out a L&G life insurance policy for my Dad (with his permission of course!) in May 2021 and I've just realised he didn't ever claim the £120 voucher, urgh!! Has anybody had any experience at claiming this gift card after the 12 months cut off - the email says you have to claim within 12 months. So annoyed at myself for forgetting to remind him about it. Thanks
