Hello.  I am trying to switch to Lloyds and cannot complete their online switch form because it will not accept November 2027 as the expiry date of the old bank card.  Jan-Oct 2027 is accepted, but not Nov.  Tried calling Lloyds on various numbers but get cut off after a few minutes.  Anyone seen this problem before?  thanks
