We ordered a £500+ sofa bed via credit card from Made.com back in August with a 12-13 week delivery lead time. This is still showing in my orders as estimated dispatch 24 November, however I assume nobody has updated order progress for a while.
I don't want to contact my bank about a Section 75 claim straight away as I don't know if there is a possibility that the order may yet be fulfilled as the auditors go through things. Is it better to wait and see, or should I just contact the bank now?

As it was only announced today that they have gone into administration. So until you get confirmation of what is going to happen with your order. They will not start the process.
Best to give it a few days as banks will be waiting to see just what is going to happen, before starting any chargebacks. As well as advice will change over the next week as more is known on the full process that will be followed. As Visa/Mastercard can change their process where large amounts of chargebacks are going to be processed against a failed company, once they have the agreement of their merchant bank.
Waiting also means you will get through quicker, as the mad rush of people will be over.Life in the slow lane0 -
What happens to a voucher accepted due to a faulty item. Given the option of return for a refund or accept a voucher for 20% of the cost of the item. I accepted the voucher, I'm guessing it is worthless.I'm a Forum Ambassador on The Coronavirus Boards as well as the housing, mortgages and student money saving boards. PWC who are undertaking the bankruptcy, have said that unless an item was in the delivery process, it will not be delivered.
They have said we can file a claim on the PWC website, yet I can not find a link that works for these files.
https://www.pwc.co.uk/services/business-restructuring/administrations/mdl/customers.html
Does anyone know of a link with the info required?

I'd got a sofa on order, paid with a debit card, and it didn't turn up by Nov 25th so rang my bank on the 28th and after a few questions including asking me to read out the paragraph from the website that mentions Made won't be delivering after that date, I was refunded the money. Gave me a reference number and said the inquiry could take up to 45 days. They also said the only way Made could take the money back again would be if they could prove delivery, which they won't be able to do.0

Just an update.
My bank refunded my all my money.
The merchant failed to respond so the chargeback was successful.
