with the natwest offer does it have to be £1250 in one lump sum which has to stay in the account until you get the £175

any help would be really appreciated

No. It can be 1250 £1 deposits if you like

Also, I dont think you have to keep it in there, although you will have to keep the account open to get the 175. Not sure how long that takes.

Yes, you can bounce them around too, I've done Monzo to Nationwide and moving that account to Lloyds now for £275, awaiting the £175 from Santander too
