The client defendant therefore denies any contracts was contract was OR contracts were entered into, and rejects the unfair charge issued by the claimant.
Since I note you have now sent it, too late to change it but it is important to be correct when submitting to a judge, hopefully your WS will be good enough to "beat the rap".

    How is it unclear?

Sorry it was because people had asked about the email address and a few different ones were mentioned, I was probably looking in the wrong place.

I'll fire off the SARS so I am ready should this go to court as expected.  Thanks again!

Now read this, to give you encouragement to keep going and push UKPC and DCB Legal ever closer to the discontinuation precipice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Oops I did correct the contract / contracts bit but not the clients bit!  Used to talking like that about my clients and slipped into that as was in a rush.  Thanks though, will take my time with the WS and do a better job hopefully!

Today I received notice of discontinuation from DCB Legal which I am delighted about.  I never had to complete or submit my witness statement.

Thanks to everyone for the help in here!  Keep up the good work!

    Woohoo! Calling @Umkomaas!

    ANOTHER DISCONTINUANCE!

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.

Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:

If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.

Then join us when the Consultation opens.

Sorry if you knew all this already - I had no time to check back through the thread.
