I wanted to ask will my father receive widow allowance, widow pension credit?

He gets state government pension every month, along with a private pension, another benefit.

His partner passed away aged 36 in 2001 and never worked.

If he is entitled to pension credit then how much?

 What other benefit? 

 If he is entitled to pension credits depends on what his total income is from those pensions and benefits.
