Couple of Santander questions - cashback and paperless?

Just a couple of quick questions if I may ....

1.  Has anyone not received the double cashback on fuel bills this month?  I thought it was from 2% to 4% from Sept for two months?
2.  Are you currently getting docs & statements via online banking, but every now & again, you get a prompt to switch to paperless during logon?  I do, but haven't received hard copies in the post for some time now.  I've also received an email recently to confirm all accounts will become paper-free.  Thought they already were?

Anyone else?

I am using the Santander app extensively, can't say I have received any reminders for paperless. Any and all my Santander accounts are set to paperless - have you checked that definitely all yours are, too?

As to the double cashback, you won't see it until October.

Yes I got the email last week and all my accounts are paperless, my wife didn't get the same email so it seems a bit random.

If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!

I got the paperless email (  i get sent statements in post ) looks like paperless is being imposed ....

I'm S/Employed so i do actually keep the statements for doing accounts for self assessment,  looks like i will have to print them off going forward.

Thanks all for your replies.  I should have looked deeper re. Santander's cashback.

Regarding paperless; yes, seems strange and random.  I'm sure a food few years ago, I was moved onto paperless for one reason or another, but I still get reminders.

The email says so you can change it back it seems "once you’ve received the confirmation email to set up your communications as you’d like them. Simply go to ‘More > My Details and Settings’ in our Mobile Banking app or ‘Account Services’ in Online Banking"

It's not going paperless that's the concern; it's more the randomness of some who're on paperless, but their systems think otherwise.  I'm just curious if there were others in a similar situation.

Sounds like they gonna make everyone go paperless but you can revert back if you want

I bank for my mother using Santander and she likes to have a paper statement. I rarely log-in but this month I had cause to log on three times within about 18 days.

At the weekend I received an email telling me that as I was now a regular and successful user of internet banking I would be paperless from now on. I must have triggered something.

There was no mention of being able to go back to paperless but after reading the above posts I will look into it
