Cost of living payments/energy payment, question?

When are cost of living/disability/energy payment, previous and future payments,

I have an overlap of income based/contribution base ESA.

I have only received a 150 pounds disability payment?

No one has yet received the £150 payment because of a disability benefit. This is being paid from 20th September.
If part of your ESA is Income Related then you should have received the first payment of £326 in July. You need to check your bank to see if it was paid. It will have CoL next to the payment. If you didn't receive it then you can report a missing payment here. https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment/welcome
The next payment of £324 will be paid sometime this Autumn. If you're named on a energy account you will receive £66/month from October to March onto your energy account. All details of payments are here.https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#disability-cost-of-living-payment

As poppy12345 says, the £150 disability payments haven't been made yet.
Are you sure you're not getting confused with the £150 CoL payment that council tax payers living in Band D or below housing in the last few months ?

Maybe the £150 you received was the cost of living support scheme council tax rebate for those in band A-D?

  • Am I supposed to get cost of living payment and energy cost as I’m in debt with my supplier?’

For the cost of living payment you haven't given any information for anyone to be able to help you. If you qualified for the first payment of £326 in July then you should have received that by now.
If you claim a disability benefit such as PIP or DLA then £150 will be paid starting from 20th September.
If you're named on an energy account then you will recieve the £400 paid in stallments of around £66/month from October to March. All details in the link provided above.

That is not one of the qualifying criteria, so you will not qualify for support purely on the basis of being in arrears with your supplier. Everyone with a domestic electricity account gets the £400 paid to their electricity account between October and next March. To receive further additional support you will need to be in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits.

Do you mean will you get the payment or will it be set off against  the arrears?

That depends on what benefits, if any, you are receiving on the qualifying date.

    Details are here

The £150 disability payment is being paid from today 20 September. All payments should be made by beginning of October.

Here’s your answer in full…depending on what benefits if any you receive.  I don't, therefore I only receive the first and last (£550 in total)

    Already paid
£150 council tax rebate on 01 April if in a council tax grade a-d.  If you pay by DD then payment will be straight into the bank.  Depending on your council other payments arrangements have been made.

£326 if your on means tested benefits - £640 split in to two payment £326 in the summer and £324 in the autumn.  Depending on the benefit you receive the payment date and method changes. Equally there are dates in which you had to have been receiving those benefits, with the dates for the second payment yet to be confirmed.

    Being paid
£150 if your on a disability benefit (pip or dla). Payment date for this started yesterday.

    To be paid
£326 if your on means tested benefits - see above dates tbc.

£400 electricity assistance, paid to every electricity account either monthly for the next 6 months into the account or if your on a pays meter in vouchers. Starts Oct 1st.

Please note that some councils still have funds so if your in genuine hardship contact them as they may be able to help further.  But that’s down to which ever council you live in.
