The offer states you can't have a switch bonus if you've had one before. I know I have had a Santander Lite account a few years ago but can't remember if I had a switching incentive. Is there any way I can check?

If you 've got the DDs available and a donor account it maybe worth a try anyhow - Santander aren't known to be the greatest spotter of previously incentivised switchers.
