What benefits are me and my entitled to

I am completely confused over all the benefit packages that are being announed by the Goverment such as .Pensioner cost of living payment.Council Tax Rebate and cost of living support Which seems to be £1200..The only benefits I am sure of are the Winter Heating Allowance where you get a extra £300 and the £400 you get from October which are four payment's Any advise appreciated.Me and my wife are both in our 70s.Thank's

(Exactly how it will be applied depends on how you pay and what your supplier has arranged. If you Google '{electricity supplier's name} EBSS' you should find out how your supplier plans to do it.)
"If we supply your electricity at that point, we'll apply a discount of £66 in October and November, rising to £67 from December to March 2023.
The discount will be issued as a refund to your bank account following your Direct Debit collection."
The £400 discount, administered by energy suppliers, will be paid to consumers over 6 months with payments starting from October 2022, to ensure households receive financial support throughout the winter months.
Those with a domestic electricity meter point paying for their energy via standard credit, payment card and direct debit will receive an automatic deduction to their bills over the 6 month period – totalling £400.
