Giveaway submissions entitle one (1) person to be picked at random to win the following: 

• 1x wooden bar installation
• The bar includes: 
• 6 bottles of Old J
• 1x Bartender supplied by Old J for one night only (timings to be confirmed by Old J once the winner has been selected) 
• 1x DJ supplied by Old J for one night only (timings to be confirmed by Old J once the winner has been selected) 

The bar will be installed in the winner’s garden and accessed via a standard sized front (or back) door in order to deliver equipment and materials. Access to standard domestic electric supply is needed. 

The bar can only be erected in a garden – or suitable piece of land – owned by the winner, or for which the landlord has granted approval. It cannot stand on a roof terrace, balcony or any other site or public space. If your property is rented, please check with the landlord before entering this prize promotion.

By entering the giveaway, the entrant agrees to be included in any photography and video content for promotional and marketing purposes.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 

Old J retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

The prize does not include landscaping, levelling of ground or any additional building works. The winner is responsible for ensuring there is a flat, level space available in your garden for the installation. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any damage to the winner’s property or garden as a result of the installation.

The promoter is no longer responsible for maintenance and damages to the bar after completion of installation.

Prize delivery: The prize will be delivered and installed on a day mutually agreed between the winner and Old J.

Prize Drawing for Participants. The Prize Winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message, to the handle from which the submission was entered. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days, the potential winner forfeits the prize. All prizes will be fulfilled approximately one (1) month after the conclusion of the Giveaway. ​

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at the end of the Giveaway Period.

Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each winner grants to Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, address, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (1) technical delays or failures of any kind, (2) unauthorised human intervention during any part of the Giveaway, (3) technical or human error during the administration or processing of the Giveaway, (4) lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries of any kind, or (5) any loss, injury, or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. By entering into this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in the United Kingdom.
