CST law and DRP I’m so confused

My partner has a letter from cst law referring to being instructed by DRP to recover the £160 for a parking charge.
He stupidly didn’t respond to the first charge and it’s gotten a little out of hand. What can I do now it’s at this stage. I’ve read through the newbies bird but I’m so confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Just ignore it. This is not out of hand, it's laughable. It's nothing.

Read the CST letters group thread.

CST are from the same stable as DRPLUS. Bristow & Sutor, a horrible bunch of bullies IMHO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So from what your saying is just ignore and legally they can’t go for extra admin fees but if they do go to court I’d just pay what they are saying at worse?

Bottom line is that CSTLaw as usual are clueless. The money scammers DRP who are simple circus clowns cannot instruct CSTLaw ... it's nothing to do with with DRP
DRP and CSTLaw are simply kissing cousins and spout pure rubbish

CST LAW are scamming you and as usual telling lies

They won't 'go to court'. Do your research before you knee jerk into throwing your money away in supporting a scam!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    As Umkomaas says above ...

CST LAW trade as CREDIT STYLE
Will they bring total rubbish to court ?     ANSWER = THEY CAN TRY

This is one legal that THE SRA should file as DEAD ??

Thank you; I’ve told my partner to ignore any further correspondence and let’s see what happens. He also has another one for stopping in a no stop zone when a car in front of him stopped. I believe as long as not council given it can not be enforced. Please tell me if I’m wrong as I don’t know that much.

Sorry to say this is wrong.

Private parking firms can and do issue court claims. That's what this forum does here every day - helps people win defended court claims.

No risk, no CCJ, no biggie.

Was the no stopping one at an Airport?

Sorry this is even more confusing. Can they encore a private land charge? I really have no clue and would appreciate any help here. Can they enforce a ccj? I’m assuming if it went to court we would attend and pay the fine and minimal cost and it w  it I’d be done l. Do I ignore or not?
