I'm sure I'm supposed to be horrified but can't see a good reason to be. I can't even see anything wrong. The biggest problem I can see is that Sam's Club changes their price and the seller ends up with a load of cancelled orders and a closed account.

I sell on Amazon and several of my products end up on Ebay via third parties. When I have a sale there ends up with a glut of my products at a lower price. Occasionally, if it's just a flash sale, I'll see prices on Ebay lower than I'm selling for and it's be impossible for the Ebay seller to sell at that price. Some of these sellers have thousands of items and must use some kind of software to manage it.

Thought it was common practice, been more than a few threads on here where people bought from Ebay and an Amazon
package arrived or bought from Amazon and a 3rd party company shipped the item.  Sometimes the sellers tell the sender
not to include invoices etc. but some still sneak in a compliment slip/URL discount code or similar.

Recently had an eBay purchase through the letterbox, delivered by Amazon.
By some strange reason, the eBay selling price was cheaper than the same item on Amazon?

Am I missing something? The company would rather lose millions in lost sales (as they claim) than register as a seller on Amazon and sign up for brand registry so they can control that brand usage on Amazon, then undercut the dropshippers getting the trade direct via Amazon at a price higher than Sam's Club.

As a seller with stock stored at Amazon I can ship products from Amazon to Ebay customers.
I've done it a few times in the past, occasionally the Ebay price will be less.
